GCMIC works with entrepreneurial owners and managers of mid-market companies with proven track records, to provide equity capital for all purposes. Our primary focus are companies with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) between $2,000,000 and $100,000,000. Our business private equity investments start at a minimum of $10,000,000, with no maximum.

Initial Screening
We perform a high level review of the business model and market opportunity in the context of the current economic environment.

Initial Meeting
For opportunities that pass the initial screening, we meet with the management team to better understand their business needs.

We perform a thorough analysis of the company, including financials, products and services, operations, market opportunity, management team, and legal/regulatory considerations.
Due Diligence

For the opportunities that pass due diligence, we present a term sheet outing our investment terms. When all of the terms are agreed upon, the final deal is presented to the investment committee.
Negotiation and Approval

Once the investment committee has signed off on the final deal, the legal paperwork is finalized and the funds are transferred. We monitor the company’s progress and offer assistance as required.
